I have been testing within my lab for getting the Outbound b2b calls working ... just for testing the feature ..
I followed the guide , for VCS Basic Configurations , also MRA deployment as this deployment is done on top of MRA ..
My question , can i test the routing for Outbound calls only using below :
- Expressway-E with RMS License
- DNS Zone on the Exp-E - Search rule to the DNS Zone i didn't configure the Public DNS Records ( i believe they are mainly used to be reached from the internet ) , and i am opening IP Traffic from ExpE to the Internet ... When , i am testing using the Locate feature , it is getting "Not Found" or "Request Timeout" .. i tried that twice with two deployments already .. i trying to configure the minimum required configurations for just testing the outbound routing without having an actual EndPoint to test from ..
