Expressway server cert file failed to upload

Hi, we are unable to upload a new server file to our Expressway C cluster. The error is file failed to upload. Please try again. Version is 12.5.7. Has anybody encountered this error before?

Since you tried a restart and if your certificate file format is correct   I would suggest to reach out to TAC. A doubt of Bug.

Try restarting the expressway and upload the cert.

 

Make sure you upload the root first then server cert.

Hi thanks Nithin, we've tried a restart. This is a renewal so the root CA is already on the system

Yes appears to be a bug. TAC have sorted this by disabling the cert verification step prior to upload. Thanks all
