Factory Reset WebEx Room Kit

Hello,

I am trying to factory reset a WebEx Room Kit. However, I do not have the admin password and the factory reset button seems to be broken (no button is preset when I put a paperclip in the reset hole).

Is there any way to reset this unit? 

Does the plastic cover come off so I can try to find the factory reset button?

You need to be careful when inserting the paperclip and make sure you have it at the right angle.  If a paperclip isn't working for you, try using a small screwdriver or something a little fatter that may be less likely to miss the button.
