find out if a TR5 or TR6 is used on a SX20 system remotely?

dear community,

 

is there any way to find out remotely which remote control (TR5 or TR6) is used on a system (SX and MX series), we have several systems at diverse locations  and I wanted to know how many TR6 have to be ordered to go forward with firmware upgrades ?

No - the SX20 is just responding to IR signals, it does not know/care which remote they are coming from. You will need to ask your users to look at the remote or perhaps send you a picture so you can find out which one it is.
