I am unable to login to Jabber MRA in Multi-tenant Expressway setup. I have one expressway cluster of two nodes and two single expressway C to customer 1 and customer 2 respectively. Both MRA zones to customer 1 and 2 are active.
The issue that I have now is that I am getting "cannot communicate with the server" error after prompted to enter password - which means service discovery works fine. However if I deactivate either MRA traversal zone I can login successfully to customer with active zone, e.g. if customer 1 MRA traversal zone is inactive I can successfully login to customer 2 and vise versa.
No error reported with CSA tool for both customers. Anyone with HCS Multi-tenant Expressway please assist.
