We have a CTS 3010, some CTS 1300 (all running FW 1.10), CTMS 1.8.2 and MCU5110 with 22.214.171.124.1 for Interop.
When we initiate an interop meeting, as soon as the stream of the MCU is displayed on one of the screens of the CTS, CTS-endpoints are reporting high jitter values between 40 and 60 ms (which causes the CTS to send alarm to Prime Assurance and increasing jitter-buffer). When on the same screen an stream of another CTS is displayed, we are measuring jitter values between 5 and 10ms. Both, the CTMS and the MCU (and the 3010) are connected to the same 3560G (with QOS enabled). An EX90 on the same switch, joining in the same conference is not seeing this high jitter when switching to the MCU stream.
Is anyone with the same environment seeing also those high jitter values?
