We have a deployment of EX90 systems along with other Cisco Telepresence solutions. We also have TMS with TMSXE and have repurposed our existing conference room mailboxes to be managed by the TMSXE agent however; how do we setup our EX90 users which ARE NOT conference rooms and are in an individuals office?
Create resource objects for them, add them to TMSXE, and educate your users.

Thank you this is helpful however; it sounds like from this that using a users existing mailbox should not be done? Is that correct?
Ideally, a scheduler would invite their participants within Outlook using either the rooms names for conference rooms and end user names for EX90 users.
