Dear all

Suppose company A use SIP trunk connect to company B, and both have Telepresence systems (include CTS-MAN、CTMS).

Can they  use  the CTS-MAN to schedule a meeting include TP End-Point in both company ?

If can't, is there any solution for this situation?

Hi Ming,

As in this case each company has their own CTS-Man/CTMS resources in order to schedule the meeting, they need to schedule it locally and after recieving confirmation email update information and forward it to other company to attend.

To enable B2B in CTS-Man please go to CTS-Man admin web page, under Application Settings--->Bridges and Servers.

Intercompany needs to be enabled.

You have 2 options:

Another company hosts| Our company hosts.

Select "Yes" for Intercompany and depending your options select your company and/or for who hosts it. CTS-Man then allows two fields to be
filled in, once you get the email:

Intercompany Call-In Number (access number of CTMS)
Intercompany Meeting Number (meeting ID)

or room DID

When you log into CTS-Man now after booking one room, the Intercompany option tab is available.

This needs to be done for any company that wants to host B2B meetings.

After reciving the email you need to forward the invitation to other company as they dont have Schedulling control over your resources.

Sorry to dig up a string that's a year old!  I'm just curious what options there are regarding the connectivity for B2B CTS communications.  I understand the primary option of using a Video Exchange SP (Glowpoint, BT, etc.), but is this the ONLY option?  Ie, is it possible/supported to make SIP_TIP calls via an ASA across the internet to another Business with an ASA?  Or maybe via a Cisco CUBE?

Dare I ask about maybe VCS-Expressway?

Thanks for any feedback ...

Brett
