How to configure the autoattendant in CMS?

We need to configure the autoattendant in CMS1000 to receive the calls and, according to the value entered, the call will be sent to the respective conference.

 

By default, it has only the message "welcome to a cisco meeting, you are entering the meeting now".

You need a customization license to change that:

Are you looking to setup IVR, or customize the welcome message?
To enable the IVR, simply enter the numerical value you want users to dial to enter the IVR under Configuration > General > IVR numeric ID.
If it's the later and want to customize the message, see Jaime's response and the customization guide he provided.
