Hello!
I am familiar with running usage reports for conferences via TMS but I am stuck looking to see if there was a way of running a usage report on CMRs. In TMS under Provisioning, there is a group called "CMR Users" (USR_PMP template) that have a number of CMRs created (CMRs have their own phone number with a dedicated Host PIN assigned). Is there a way to run a usage report in TMS or do I have to go somewhere else (ie. Conductor, add-in, etc)?
