Hi Zhang,
You can factory reset the Ex90 in a couple of ways :-
First way
Second Way
Third Way
If EX-series Endpoint is not accessible or rebooting use power switch for factory default

I use xCommandsystemunitFactoryReset Confirm: Yes to reset
About third way, I can't find any green led.It's white led.
