How to get release key from Cisco?

I have a MCU 4501, and after reset this deivce to factory default, I lost my release key. I wonder how can I get my release key again, esspecially through  online method?

Hi Robert,

Please raise a TAC case, mentioning MCU Serial number, Cisco Contract number, previous key (if you remember) and mentioning same (lost release key after factory default). TAC will be able to help on this.

if you have a CCO id: www.cisco.com/go/license.

You need the serial number of your device and it should be registered with a servicecontract.
