How to get repaired a Tendberg MXP 990 Video conferencing unit?

We have a Tendberg MXP 990 Video conferencing unit. It became faulty last month.

Kindly guide how we can get it repaired.

Hello Muhammad,

It depends on the problem. If the problem is related on the configuration, it can be easily repaired. If you have a hardware problem you should contact the producer or the contractor from which the device was purchaced.

    Tendberg devices can be repaired by Cisco service center or some third party vendor we have to find out.

Can u have the details of such vendor because in our tendberg device menu is not displaying. cisco customer support is saying they will not support the device.

The Tandberg 990 MXP went end of sale in 2010, and end of support in January 2015, so it is extremely old.

You would be better off investing any money you were thinking of spending repairing it on purchasing a newer and supportable device.

The Cisco Webex Room Kit Mini could be a suitable replacement for a small meeting room.
