How to make the left or right monitors as primary screen from settings in CTS9200?

We have CTS9200 with the center screen malfunctioning ( Vertical Black line in the middle) the product is at end of support life and We have to work with this for now.

Since the speaker is shown in the center screen, the one way to remove the speaker from the center screen to the left and right monitors would the to swap the cables in the codec but it would require a lot of fiddling with the cables opening up screws etc.

Is there any in the settings of CTS9200 or CUCM so that the that the speaker can be shown on the left or right monitor?

Are there any other ways to mitigate this issue or fix it?

Hello,

So without moving the cables physically from Codec end you will not be able to do this.

As any screen which will be connect with your centre TS1 codec will act as center screen and screen connected with TS2 as left and TS3 as right.

And TS1 is the codec that you add in CUCM.

So best and easy way is just move the center screen cable to TS2 and left screen cable to TS1.

Thanks
