How to Perform CTS 500 Factory Reset

Hi Firends,

The CTS 500 is not booting now when i tried to upload new firmware, i want to do factory reset. Kindly need your help to come out of this issue.

Hi,

You mentioned that the CTS 500 is not booting after you uploaded new firmware. Can you confirm on the plasma display that it is showing the system pass all 6 green check marks?

If you can get Web GUI or SSH access to the codec you can perform a factory reset.

From Web GUI

Configuration Issues > Click Revert to Factory button.

From CLI

utils system factory reset
