I made speed dial configuration on CUCM, but, no appear on the Touch Panel?

Hello Guys,

Can anyone help me?

I did the speed dial configuration on CUCM, for TP9000 and IX5000, my question is why no appear on the Touch Panel?

CUCM: ver 10.5

TP9000: 6.0.4

IX5000: 8.0.3

the CUCM deployment guide show me that I could have up to 40 entries, but, only the  first three appear

What could be wrong?

On the IX5000, SD/Favorites is not available until 8.1 release (mid-october)

I dont know why you are running into issues on TX though, Speed Dial has always been in that SW from Day 1. suggest you open a TAC case and have them look into it
