IF Conductor Reboots, Telepresence Server drops Active calls

I have a Conductor with a virtual Telepresence Server, I have noticed that if the Conductor reboots that all active SIP calls on the Telepresence server also drops.

As I understand it, all RTP traffic flow between the Telepresence Server and the Endpoint after the call has established.

Why would SIP calls on the Telepresence Server drop if Conductor reboots?

The SIP dialog is CUCM -> Conductor -> TelePresence Server so it's in the call path, just not the media path. Also, the vTS server is heavily controlled by Conductor through the API.
