Installing DX80 Firmware

Hello,

I am looking for a step by step guide for updating the firmware on a Cisco Telepresence DX80 if there is one available and someone can point me in the right direction in getting one.

Thanks

Re: Installing DX80 Firmware

The DX80 runs either android software or CE software. Which of these is your DX running?

Re: Installing DX80 Firmware

Hello,

Please find the below link-

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/ce94/dx80-dx70-convert-between-ce-android-based-software-ce94.pdf

Its very good document regarding converting a DX between android and CE versions with/without CUCM.

Thanks

Re: Installing DX80 Firmware

Hi,

Thanks for your information

How I can convert individually not all the dx80. So that I can test it and later I can convert to CE software one by one.

Thanks.
