Hi all,

I'm using Multisite feature on SX20 for 3-site conference. Now I'd like to add some Webex sites into this conference. So which additional devices do I need?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Tien,

Unfortunately, Cisco Tandberg Devices doesn't allow Webex Users to be a part of Video Conferencing.

For using webex with Cisco Telepresence, you would need to have CUCM, CTMS along with Webex Site procured for your company.

Let me know if you have any other queries.

Thanks,

Saurabh

This will be possible in the near future. As far as I know, you'll need a TelePresence MCU, a VCS-C, and a VCS-E. There are also some requirements to the WebEx sites' software versions.

How about Cisco Telepresence Manager?

As I see in datasheet, this integration can be done.

Hi Tien,

Yes, It Works with CTS- Manager provided you have the infrastructure to support it.

You would need CUCM in place of VCS

CTMS in place of MCU.

and CTS-Manager in place of TMS which can be integrated with Webex.

And the Endpoints should be able to get registered on the CUCM.

Also, you should have proper licenses available on the Webex Side and information to have smooth integration of Webex With CTS-Manager.

Thanks,

Saurabh
