Integration Problem need help

Hi All

i have c 90 integration with AMX device firmware 1.30.8 and Master Firmware 3.60.453 .

By default TC 4XX software was running in C90 and all feature working fine . as I upgrade TC 4 to TC 5 I face some issue .

After upgarde C90 Codec Stop responding to AMX,As standalone Codec C90 is working fine.

Some time AMX and C90 codec start working after reboots and hit and trials.

As per AMX integration manuals AMX integration has been tested with software version TC5.0.

I can't find the specific release notes or the document mentioning it right now, but I know they at some point in time changed the login required setting on the serial port to be ON. I know because we had the same issue as you, until we turned that setting OFF, then everything worked as it was supposed to.
