Interoperability Cisco Telepresence Server 2.2

hi

Our Cisco Telepresence server (8710) connected to VCS working with CTS-3010 endpoints (with presentation codec) registered with CUCM for presentation sharing during multipoint meeting.

We found that when sharing presentation from  a CTS-3010 to other CTS-3010 via Cisco Telepresence Server 2.2 (Bridged) that is registered to VCS, only 5 fps is used.  But, if point-to-point between two CTS, 30 fps is used.

We have presentation codec on both CTS

Hi But Keung Cheung

I have read that calls through the Telepresence Server using the TIP protocol will have the Content/Presentation rate limited to 5fps. I couldn’t find this in any Cisco documentation but it was in some Polycom documentation discussing the Cisco Telepresence Server.
