Ios and Netmeeting

Does anyone have a good solid page for configuing a 2600 series router to perform NAT services and let Netmeeting audio pass through it(bi-directionally) using H.323???

I found lots of people asking questions about this but no real leads...

then i think it mentions clearly that it is possible using IOS is v 12.
