IP VCR 2210 how to record the sessions

Please Help!!!

I have Telepresence deployment with VCS, MCU, IP VCR, TMS server, some EX90 and C20 terminals, so the question is how to record the conferece sessions on ip vcr at the same time when the conference deployed, for example i gothered all partisipants in TMS conference booking and the system starts to call around all partisipants, after conference have been started IP VCR must start recording that session.

In TMS you have to create a room with the IPVCR number. You cannot add it natively as this is not supported in TMS(only for TCS).

So just go to add systems, click on the equipment/room tab. Add a room and call it "IPVCR" or whatever you want. Then assign the recording number to this room in the appropriate field.

Once you save this system you should be able to book the IPVCR. You can create several of these rooms depending on how many "numbers" you have.
