Issue with the certificate of Cisco Meeting Management

Hi all,

I need to generate a CSR for Cisco Meeting Management 2.5, but i could not access the CLI, the access request is always refused by the server. Any advice?

I assume you're using SSH and not trying to use telnet? I've never seen a CMS deny an SSH login, it could potentially be a firewall.
Alternatively, you could open a console session from VMWare.

We have CMS cluster and standalone CMM. I was thinking i would open a console session from VMware, but CMM was installed on the third party server and managed by vCenter as it is managed by another team.

The issue was fixed. I went to a wrong way. CMM does not have the CSR option, what i need to perform is to generate the CSR from another server (CMS preferably), collect the Key generated for that CSR from that server and upload that same Key and the signed certificate for that CSR to CMM web page.
