IX5000 Favorites / Speed Dials

Hi,

We installed IX5000 in version 8.0.3.

The speed dials created on the CUCM does not appears in the favorites of the endpoints.

Does anyone faced that too ?

Symptom:

Unable to view or search Directory Listing/Speed Dial/Favorites on IX5000 Touch 10 device

Conditions:

Seen on all IX5000 endpoints.

Workaround:

None at this time
