Dear All

I have the following Situation:

If I made a Call via Conductor only 1 screen on the IX5000 is active, (overlay Layout )

(IX5000,C60,MX700) call Conference via --> Conductor -->TP 8710

I see the following message in the Log of TP Server (manage by Conductor) :
call N379: start tip, screens=1
call N379: starting TIP/MUX negotiation: 1 screen

IX5000: IX.8-1-0-201R-K9.P3
Conduct: X4.2
TP8710: 4.3(1.13)
CUCM:11.01
On the Conductor Template are using Video 720HD30f / Content 720HD5f --> see screenshot of Template

I have tried with FULL HD Template the same result also only 1 screen active

(Without Conductor)
If I made cal do a Local Mode TP Server with SW 4.2 then the 3 Screen are active !!

Eventlog on the TP8710 (SW 4.2):
call N693: starting TIP/MUX negotiation: 3 screens, allow DTLS

Any Idea or Input appreciated !

Regards
Georg

Hi all

The solution was to set multi-channel Audio, under Quality settings. I'm forget this

default was stereo Audio

From the Conductor deployment guide:

Participant quality

(Only available if the Service Preference selected is for TelePresence Servers)

Select the desired quality for all participants joining the conference.

When using a CTS3000 or TX9000 you must select Full HD (1080p 30fps / 720p 60fps video, multi-channel audio) or a custom quality setting that has an audio quality level of multi-channel, otherwise insufficient resources will be allocated to display multiple screens.

I assume this applies to IX5000 also.  Try setting it to 1080p - if this works, then you may be able to fiddle round with custom audio settings or limit the call to 720p using CUCM region settings.
