We recently did an upgrade from CTS3210 to I5200 with old NEC presentation displays on the sides. They support Full HD resolution, but they only have DVI inputs (new NEC’s additionally have HDMI connections). CTS-3210 was sending image to them with converted resolution 1360x768, whole image was seen from any presentation source. So everything was looking fine, until we decided to try to present something. The center aux display, ordered new with the system has no issues.
It doesn’t matter what we connect (it can be even lower resolution source - 640x480), IX5200 is sending ONLY full HD resolution. NEC screens support it, HDMI cables which we run support full HD as well, but what we were seeing all the time was 60-70% of any image from any laptop (pics attached).
can any one advice if there is any specific display Cisco recommends for IX5200, specifically for IX5200 left and right aux displays?
Thanks
