Jabber Video Login Failed

Hi,

We are experiencing issue with Jabber Video with Log in Failed error. "Wrong username, domain, and/or password. Check spelling and Caps Lock."

We recently upgraded the VCS Expressway and Control, will it might be related?

As per your other thread in the Video over IP section, I'd be checking that the VCSes are set to relay/proxy the authentication correctly.  We saw this issue when we had a new VCS built in our environment and someone had not correctly configured that.

It is working when connected outside. But when trying to log in through internally, the same issue is happening.

You mentioned you recently upgraded your VCS-C/E, what version did you upgrade from and what version are you running now?

How do you have the authentication setup for your zones and subzones on the VCS-C and E?

I recommend you review the VCS Authenticating Devices Deployment Guide (X8.7), it might help you in checking that your configuration is correct in case something changed.

Also, since you have two threads going and both are exactly the same with the same comments up to now, you should really delete the other thread that is located in the VOIP forum and rely on this one as it is in the proper forum whereas the other is not.
