I have signed up Cisco Jabber video account and downloaded JabberVideo_4.8.8.18390 to install but after it was looking for computing requirements? then the next button is grey out and it is says please wait on the "Welcome to the Installshield...". This is not changing after leaving the computer on for a day/restarted computer couple of times. There is no program related that is installed therefore, can't even uninstall and re-install. Please advise
