Local presentation frame rate on Webex Room Kit Pro

What is the frame rate of content stream at 4K 2160p when sharing content locally via Room Kit Pro codec?

The data sheet for pro codec says that the HDMI video inputs support up to 4K @ 30 fps. However, under encode and decode, it reads "Content stream: 4K 2160p15" so I'm confused. I understand that the maximum frame rate during conference is 15 FPS but does it also apply to local content - content shared outside of conference?

The "encode" and "decode" refer to "in-call" of 4Kp15.

Just using the device to display locally it's up to 4Kp30.
