Is there a an option to restrict user access from the touch 10 panel for VTC systems registered to the VCS vice the CUCM ???

I have users that want to restrict access to VTC conference room system so only authorized user has the ability to make a call.

If so what is the process ??

By default, NO, but you could remove the default UI buttons and the add a new button to the Touch 10 (with some macros behind it) that requires some form of user input to then enable the default buttons again. Then upon a call disconnect, you could remove the default UI buttons again.
