Hello, I have a content server that I haven't logged into in a while. I tried to login with some user accounts I thought I remembered and it didn't work. I also tried to remote desktop in the server but I cannot remember my administrator password. Is there any way to reset my passwords?

I've never had to do it before, but there is a password recovery feature in the TCS.
It's documented in this feature request: CSCuf90480.
"the local administrator can log in by adding #page:login&rescue:true to the end of the Content Server URL in the browser: http://<ContentServerIPaddress>/tcs/#page:login&rescue:true"

The TelePresence Content Server, as a Windows Server, is usually a member of your AD Domain, so you should be able to log on with any Domain Admin account - where you should then be able to re-set the password on the local administrator account if you need to.
