Yes, F9.3.4 was the latest release that was made for those old devices.
As they are now almost 3 years past their end of support date, they have officially been Retired and the software is no longer available from any official site.
You may have some luck if you ask one of your local Cisco Account Team, otherwise you will need to find it via unofficial ways form someone or a non-Cisco web site who may have previously downloaded and kept a copy.
Given the age and retirement of those old devices, it's highly recommended that you consider replacing the one you have with something newer and supportable.
