Low audio in calls on Webex Room Kit Plus

Hi guys, having a bit of trouble with a customer who can barely hear the audio in calls.

They've noted that the audio only comes out the right-hand side of the speaker bar mostly, although the left side is very faint and the right-side is still a lot quieter than it should be, so it's not just that one side has failed. Ring tones come through loud and clear, it's just purely the audio during calls that comes through faint.

I've tried a factory reset on the codec, but it hasn't fixed anything. I've also tried calls with multiple rooms, so it's not the mic at the far end that's the issue.

Any ideas at all?

it sounds like u need to open RMA ticket
