Lync integration with existing TMS/Tandberg VCS

We currently have a robust Cisco/Tandberg videoconferencing architecture,  with both internal and external gatekeepers. We recently merged and the  other sites use Microsoft Lync for video. What is needed to integrate Lync into our existing model or communicate to the units at different sites?
