Macintosh iChat

I have an ADSL over ISDN connection, the router I am using is an 836 with IOS 12.3(9.6)T. There are no access lists configured on the router. The only thing it does (has to) is NAT from the LAN to the WAN. My problem is the following: I am trying to establish voice and video sessions using Macintosh iChat, however, it does not work. I can't establish a session. It seems that it has something to do with iChat using port 5060 which is reserved for SIP. Various MAC support groups mention "unbinding SIP from NAT". How do I do that on my Cisco router? And - if that's not the solution, what is?

Thanks for your help!

This is what you want to do to unbind SIP from NAT, hope it works for you.

no ip nat service sip tcp port 5060

no ip nat service sip udp port 5060
