Hi all,
As I see in datasheet, video resolutions of MCU 4210: 720p15fps and 480p30fps
Normally, 480p30fps is default. I wonder if it can be set to 720p15fps.
Has anyone faced this issue? If possible, please help me to change resolutions.
Thanks.

Dont have a 4210 available right now, but If I remember it right you need the:
"High Resolution Option — for resolutions above CIF and up to 720p at 15 fps and 480p at 30 fps "
If you have that, could you try to use the following settings:
Remember that you also need to have enough bandwidth, think it will not work below 1/1.5mbit.

Thanks for your reply.
But I mean that how to change between 480p 30fps and 720p 15 fps

Hi Tien
For 720p/15fps you need use conference settings>sharpness.
... and your endpoint should be able to send to the MCU such resolution or higher.

Tien, maybe as a understanding thin, there is no option just stating "720p" in its option.
If 720p can be used is a mix of negotiation / capabilities in betweeen the endpoint and the mcu,
the mcu settings like bandwidht, codecs, resolution, ...
Ballanced should also work, at least on our 8420 it did (to get 720p).
The question anyhow will be how happy the users will be with 15fps, have the feeling
less resolution but faster frame rate is more accepted.
An other thing is to look into upgrading and get a MCU/TPS supporting up to 1080.

Hi,
I check MCU 4200 Series datasheet and see that resolution of MCU 4200: "720p up to 15 fps H.263 continuous presence; 480p up to 30 fps". Does it mean that MCU can be set to 720p 15 fps in H.263 CP mode?
P/s: I tried to change all settings but the highest resolution I got is w576p.
