Hello.
Is CUCM 9.1.2 compatible with Deploying MCU 5320 as SIP trunk?
When SX20 call to MCU, video can't be sent and received.(only audio)
Is it possible that SX20 call to MCU in the following situation?
If it's possible, What setting should I check?
-Environment
SX20:TC6.3.0 3d8e7d1
CUCM:9.1.2.10000-28
MCU5320:4.5(1.71)
-Setting
SX20 is registered to CUCM.
MCU is connected CUCM on SIP trunk.
-F.Y.I
When DX70 call to MCU, video can be sent and received.
(DX70 and SX20 are set same SIP profile.)
When SX20 call to other endpoint, video can be sent and received.
Thanks.

It resolved.
I downgraded MCU's version to 4.4 from 4.5.
Then when SX20 called to MCU, video could be sent and received.
It seems that CUCM 9.1.2 isn't compatible with MCU 4.5.
Thanks.

Check your CUCM and MCU configuration with the MCU 45X0, 53X0 and MCU MSE 8510 Version 4.5 Deployment Guide, there is a section specifically for deploying the MCU as a CUCM media resource.

Hi,Patrick.
I had ever read the document, and I configured according to it.
(p.36 Configuring the TelePresence MCU and p.46 Configuring the Unified CM for Rendezvous conferences)
But,The problem occurs.
I wonder that DX70 operates correctly but SX20 doesn't.
Is there any SX20 setting to check?
Thanks.

Hi,
I am new to CUCM. Can you help me with the Network Port details that you used to establish SIP Trunk between CUCM & MCU?
Regards
Sailesh
