MCU Redundancy with Conductor

Hi,

How the MCU Redundancy works with Conductor??

Incase of MCU Failure; what will happen to the ongoing conference?. is it possible to restart the failed conference automatically by using Conductor? if yes how it happnes? if no what is the alternative way?
