I have a setup as briefly describe below where our meeting control softkey (on the 7975 phone of our CTS) dissapears after 3-4 minutes into a multipoint call.
CTS (1.9) -->> CUCM (8.6.1) -->> VCSC (x7.0) -->> TP Server (2.2)
The meeting control softkey will appear for all CTS endpoints (we only have 3010 & 1300) when we make the call to the TP Server and function well (meeting list, meeting access etc). But after 3-4 minutes into the call, the meeting control softkey dissapears on the 7975.
Have anyone faced this issue before or have any suggestion?
PS: I've opened a TAC case on this which is still in progress. Just wondering if those within this community faced this issue before.
