meridian option 11 integration to ucm left 1 digit on ani

I have integrated a ucm to meridian option 11 via e1 r2-digital r2-compelled on meridian is DTI CARD. the problem is that: when make calls from nortel phones to cisco phones the first digit on ani part is not send to cisco. for example the extension on nortel is 820 and on cisco is displayed only the 20.

Show tech from the originating and terminating routers.

Debug voip ccapi inout from both the originating and terminating routers.

Signaling being used in between router and pbx.

What kind of link is been used between the two routers.
