Migrating from TMSXE to Cloud Calendar Connector

We are migrating our on-prem registered (CUCM) TP devices to the WebEx cloud and have come across an issue with the Calendar Connector to O365. We are using the full cloud connector, not expressway based.

 

For existing room resources that were previously integrated with TMSXE, the Calendar Service activates successfully in Control Hub with the resource mailbox, but the calendar information does not push down to the endpoint for OBTP. If we create a new resource mailbox, everything works fine. Does the service account used for TMSXE alter the mailboxes in some way that affects the integration with the Cloud Calendar Connector? I haven't seen anything in the deployment guides stating they can't retain the same resource mailbox.

 

With hundreds of endpoints we plan to migrate to Control Hub, re-creating new mailboxes and moving over the already scheduled meetings for each one would be a game changer.
