Migrating MGC to a ISDN GW

I have recently migrated an MGC 50 v9.3 PRI to a Cisco ISDN GW.

The issue I am running into is that the ISDN GW will not dial outbound over the PRI, but when I switch the PRI back to the MGC, outbound dialing works fine.

There are no prefixes established on the MGC nor on the ISDN GW.

All inbound works for both audio and video.

The dialed numbers are local numbers (not long distance).

Switch type is set to 4ESS, the same as the MGC.

Physical wires are wired correctly.

Both are using H.323 codec (H.239 is turned off on the ISDN GW)

According to the logs there is an immediate disconnect "CONNECTION Info: 96i97a: cm_ensure_participant_discoonecting"

Any help would be appreciated.

HI Scott.  If trying to make IP to ISDN Calls will need a prefix on the ISDN GW if registered to GK.  Is this not the case?

If you set ISDN, connection and H320 to Errors, Warnings, Information and Trace and apply the change.  Clear the event log, I'd like to see what the ISDN Messaging maybe here in this case.  Let me know.

Thanks in advance.
