My customer has a 5.1 call manager who has attendand console included. In the past attendand console was included into call manager 5.1 free of charge.
Now I'am approching a Migration from 5.1 to 9.1. and 9.1 does not have Attendand console included, so I have to buy license for it .
I have two operator getting attendan console by using 10 line each
I was thinking to buy number 2 Licence for Cisco Unified attendand console STANDARD.
is there anyone able to advise me about ?
take in mind that my customer use AC in a very basic way
the only doubt I have is about number of line that Cisco Unified attendand console STANDARD in able to manage per opertor
