I have a new setup for MRA/Collaboration edge.
I have followed the config guide (but obviously missed something).
Jabber clients work ok on corporate wifi. When they go outside organization the fail to authenticate
this message shows in the jabber client logs I emailed to myself
ServiceDiscoveryHandlerResult return code FAILED_EDGE_AUTHENTICATION
The only issue I can see is on the VCSc under status and Unified communications I see the following
When i check the Unified CM server Status it says TCP: Failed.
Anyone got any ideas?
