MOVI Phone : show juste one entry per system

Hi,

We have MOVI 4.2 and TMS 13.0.2

I built 2 sources :

* Movi Users

* TMS Endpoints

But MOVI doesn't resolve multi number or alias for an Endpoint.

In my case i have E164 / URI / RNIS Number sometimes

--> So for each number or alias create a line in the MOVI Phone Book and people make mistake calling the RNIS number instead of E164 ou URI

How can i produce just ONE alias/number in the MOVI PhoneBook ?

I think that using FindMe should resolve this issue. Are your endpoints room systems or personal endpoints?

* Polycom VSX HDX

* Cisco TAndberg MXP C20

* MOVI

Find Me is not actually working, that's right

You could just create provisioning accounts for your users and rooms, and set up FindMe for these accounts. With FindMe active, the provisioning phone book should list the FindMe's as entries in the phone book rather than the specific device URI's.
