I have an old platform with 1*MSE8510, VCS and many Profile 52. My customer is claiming that there is a dephasing between voice and video. The claim is also for voice during few seconds at startup of the conference call. There are some gaps in speech.
I did a packet capture behind the MCU and found some RTP packet Loss. what can the root cause of this packet loss.
The WAN architecture is an MPLS Cloud with 34 Mpbs for the HQ hosting MCU and VCS and 6 Mbps for each remote site. This Network is dedicated for Visioconference.
