1. How do you change the screen layout on a multiway ad hoc conference ? the default screen is no good for us?
To change the layout, you can simply use Far End Camera Control (FECC) commands. Use the same commands you use to control the camera of remote participants, MCU receives those commands and change the layout to the participant that is sending command. You also can use DTMF to change layout, send * to MCU and you are going to have a menu on your screen, navigate on this menu by using DTMF, look for the option to change conference layout.
