If the endpoint are deployed standalone with a pubblic IP adderess or NAT you can only mitigate turning off the auto answer.
If your endpoint have the multi point license you are in trouble because it will continuosly prompting the user to answer the second call and merging it in a three way conference.
Is not an issue related to Cisco but related to the h323 protocol.

need the video number and activation code
If this is a new install are you looking for license or option keys? If so, go to Cisco Licensing Portal > Get Other Licenses > TelePresence License to Resend, from there you can look up the device serial numbers.
this device is receives calls many times
Are you saying you're recieving a lot of calls, are these unknown calls with a label of "cisco", or possibly looks like they are coming from the codec iteself? If so, these are toll fraud calls, and will happen if the codec is setup as a standalone device and has a publicly accessable IP address. You should put the codec behind your firewall, either using NAT or restrict who can dial in via an ACL.
