Hi,
The MX300 G2 has a Built-in Microphone, I have 2 questions:
- Where is this microphone located?
- Is there a way to disable it, we use this system in a room with audio from the room (Micros/Loudspeakers) and this micro is disturbing our meeting.
Thanks in advance,
Philippe

Hi Philippe
You may see inbuilt microphone in bezel under the camera. See administrator guide for MX300( page-7). http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/mx-series/tc7/administration-guide/mx300g2-administrator-guide-tc70.pdf
I don’t have MX300G2 in my lab, but I think steps for MIC same as for other TC-endponts.
Can you try next: Configuration>Audio>Microphone (1-2-3) > Mode (On/Off) ? (page-52)
